It is a stone that allows us to focus our attention on the really useful things, to discern between constructive judgments and those that are only given to bring us down. It acts on the first chakra, related to our survival instinct, the need to put down roots.
Rhodonite increases self-love and promotes understanding and forgiveness. It helps heal wounds and get rid of anger and resentment. It helps bring peace and harmony where there is conflict by promoting understanding and friendship. Rhodonite can also be used as a s.o.s. to overcome emotional shock or trauma. It is an excellent moral support.
