Aquamarine helps to let go of emotional problems to which one has become anchored, to resolve toxic attachments to which one is addicted. Useful for releasing feelings of anger and stimulating overcoming grief. Connected to the throat chakra it acts as a filter that controls bad use of speech such as criticism, misplaced expressions, superficial considerations for their own sake. It is a stone of peace, joy and happiness, especially in relationships because it unlocks communication and encourages expressing one's feelings.
